Firefox Bookmark Toolbar Mods?

The other day in a cafe I saw a guy on his laptop browsing with Firefox.

The cool part was that his row of bookmarks in the toolbar were big images
of just the favicon of the sites. It looked like the spell bar in WoW.

Is this an Add-On or what? Anyone know how I can do it too?

That wasn't exactly what the dude had (His icons were 3 or 4x normal size),
but this addon has prettied up my browser for sure ; )
