When I click a link to open it in a tab window, is there any way that I can stay on the current page while the tab window opens and loads the page. Right now, FF opens the new tab window.

I believe this was how the previous version of FF worked but this new one doesn't do that.

Any ideas?
 
Yea i'm using the middle buttong and it switches focus....thats odd that it doesn't do it for you.

Is it a setting?
 
Try holding shift. Also look at the "Select new tabs opened from links" in the Advanced section of the options.
