One thing you can try is delete the certificate from Firefox, clear your History and reload the page. Firefox will then pull in the current site certificate. Tools, Options, Advanced, Certificates, View Certificates

I'm now getting invalid certificate warnings on every website, including Mozilla and Anandtech. Web pages that can be accessed do not display correctly. Firefox worked before the latest update, now is completely non functional. The same web pages that fail on Firefox display perfectly on Chrome and Edge.

To fix this issue, go to the Firefox profile folder, delete file cert8.db and restart browser.
