Firefox 3.6.13 released

I noticed a change in 3.6.12 and .13 still has it... You can put a cursor anywhere in these pages' text... why? It is messing with the home & end keys when I want to browse (top and bottom of pages) - I have a shortcut key on my mouse for them. Instead of going all the way top or bottom, it's going to the beginning or end of the current line that cursor is at.

I don't understand the logic behind having a cursor on read-only pages. Being able to highlight to copy & paste, fine, but a blinking cursor that marks your current place?

I don't have that behavior on Windows or Linux. Maybe a flaky addon?

just uninstalled or disabled all my addons, restarted, and still happening.

EDIT> Found this... Quick Answer: Press the F7 key, and turn off Caret Browsing ... and it's normal again.
