Firefox 2.0 Appreciation Thread

I was having a bit of trouble with firefox 1.5, i think it was an extension conflict but seems like with 2.0 most problems have gone away.....some improvements for me are:

1) no more copy and paste issues
2)rarely get any crashes and if i do the session restore feature works every time which makes it less painful.
3)while the changes were minor to the interface i love every single one of them including the new buttons and X's on the each tabs rather than at the end...
4)Cant forget the spell checker

its weird cause i was on my moms pc the other day and she had not upgraded to firefox 2.0 and still had 1.5 and when i tried to x out some tabs i was thinking to my self how ridiculous it was to have the x of the tab at the end and not on each tab, yet when i tried this on opera way before firefox had it i hated it LOL

I cant live without my extensions which are:
adblock plus
Sage
fasterfox
flashgot
greasemonkey
videodownloader
linkification

I especially love sage and greasemonkey

Now to take this in a different direction.

while explorer (not IE) in windows may not be a browser, i was thinking of why it sucks so much and part of why is sucks is cause its barely customizable..... Imagine if we had the freedom we have with firefox but with explorer, we could sort files better, have a search function , maybe slap on the weather and a gmail notifier

The only change I've noticed is that when you click a link that opens in another tab and then close that new tab, it jumps back to the original tab instead of the last one in the line. Other than that, no news is good news as far as I'm concerned 🙂 The upgrade was incredibly seamless.
