Firefox 1.5 RC

So, have you gotten your copy of Firefox 1.5 RC 1 yet? So far, I like the "tab-swap" feature. The first time I installed it, it wouldn't open once I closed it (seriously. I waited like, 3 minutes for it to open). It's doing pretty good the second time around. It seems faster, and a little "lighter" than the 1.0.6 that I was previously using.

I'll give it a try, but it will take quite a bit to pull me away from my beloved Opera. 🙂

I upgraded manually to RC1, but it disabled keyconfig and Tabbrowser Extensions. So I'm back to Beta 2.

It seems to be handling the svg much better than beta 1 did. Scrolling on a powerbook is much smoother than 1.0.x but it's still not as good as Safari. Seems pretty good so far but I haven't switched from 1.0.6 yet.

I'm loving it, all my extensions & themes work now without the need of the nightly tester tools.
