opera's shareware if your too God damn lazy to search for Opera Keygen ;)... the tabbed style of opera is 100x better then firebird and opera is the fastest browser on earth.

I believe that would be piracy, which isn't allowed on this forum. :)

welcome to opera... its been availible for more then a year...

Welcome to free browsers... they've been available for a lot more than a year...

the features you speak of have been in opera some of them from day one.

yes it would be piracy, hince the wink indicating joke.

firebird is great and all, but its not the best thing since sliced cheese. lots of features seem to copy or emulate alot of features that were present in opera long ago, I'm no opera pimp I use all 3 major browsers, however I will point out which browser had what first.

i use firebird and IMO it is alot better than opera simply because it renders everything fine which opera doesn't which I know is MSFT's fault but since everything is optimized for IE i haven't found thing that doesnt render correctly in mozilla

I d/l'ed Firebird last week. I hate that it didn't have an installer. Anyway, when I clicked on the exe file it never loaded so I just deleted the whole thing.

I come across very few pages in opera that don't render correctly, usually those pages render the same or worse in mozilla, it isn't MSFT's fault that web designers do a sh!tty job coding their pages. IE's page rendering tech corrects most minor flaws in the code and promotes the lazyness.

anyone know when firebird will get an installer ? I'm getting sick of this manual process everytime a new build comes out.

yeah get the reg file from that plugins faq. actually it's an faq linked by that faq. (plugin faq->how to install flash->flahs installer does not list mozilla->faq->reg file)

How do I do that in FB? I see the option in Mozilla, but not Firebird.

it shows up in the extenstions configuration part. i can configure it to use ctrl / shift or whatever, but it doesn't work.

I dont know what the hell firebird is, but the mx700 mouse got mentioned twice... so I'm mentioning it again. This mouse was created by god himself.

I'm not understanding why tabbed browsing is so big. I mean, alt-tab to another browser is MUCH FASTER than finding the proper tab and mouse-clicking it. It's much less "power-user-friendly".

Less space on the task bar. Plus, there is an extension you can get that allows you to right click + middle scroll to scroll through all the tabs. Much faster than continous alt tabbing.
