Cigars and cigarettes are nothing alike. You don't inhale cigars and they don't infuse your body with an abundance of nicotine. You don't smoke cigars because you need your fix. You don't smoke cigarettes slowly over the course of an hour+.

You get nicotine through the oral mucosa. There's plenty of absorbable nicotine from a cigar, but it isn't as efficient as cigarettes.

Cigs are a quick-fix. They're short term solutions. Cigars aren't smoked for the nicotine. They're products/solutions for completely different motivations.
