Update: I won.

Dad conceded on all points that he is in fact, is a terrible father.

Mom conceded on all points, that she in fact, is a terrible mother.

They promise to change. Apparently all my yelling about broken promises and bad parenting set in. They admit that what they did to me is wrong and they have no excuse, and I have every right to be mad.

It's not every day I send my parents to tears, but seriously - I had one messed up childhood. Maybe now I can start to get over it.

Congrats, your parents now recognize you of King Douchebag of the House.

With a douchebag of a son as you are, how can they deny being bad parents. If you put a pie in the oven and out comes a steamy burnt pile of sh1t, are you going to call yourself a good cook?

edit: oops, just to clarify, that was meant for PAB, not loup garou

You know they probably conceded to you not because they genuinely felt it was the right thing to do but because they just wanted your whiny ass to stop destroying their furniture, right?

Sadly, in the end, you will do the same thing to your kids. Destruction of property and emotional disturbance are not the way to "win." They may have conceded, but in no way did you "win." You resorted to dirty tactics to make yourself feel emotionally secure for a moment; but in the long run the problem is not really solved; why you feel the need to do to them what they supposedly did to you.

Seriously, grow up and realize the problem is squarely in your lap now; there is no changing what happened, only directing your life towards the place you want to be.

Don't be suprised if you're out of town for a few days and you come back to an empty house with a "For Sale" sign and no forwarding address.

I think PAB's parents issues pale in comparison to his own. It is too bad his dad must be a pansy. I would pull a Britney and drop him on his head a few times and see if that straightens him out.

Now all that's left is for you to concede on all points that you are, in fact, a terrible son.
