whats the best and quickest way to get fingernails to grow back?
i have a very bad habit of biting my fingernails and they look awful. if there something i can buy to put on them to make them grow faster or what?
 
I don't think so. You can put something on there that tastes really nasty to keep you from biting them if you have no willpower.
 
yes, there is a way... first, push the cuticles back, keep them moisturized and they have this stuff in a nail polish type "jar" that you put on that makes your nails taste AWFUL and you will not bite them.
I do not think the stuff is shiny but it will be in the nail polish section. It is made by sally hansen. Try it, this should work. It will take a few weeks to get them back fully healthy though! 🙂
 
I don't know of anything to make them grow faster...but try putting some clear polish on them to assist in you not biting them.

Now...if you are male and NOT into polish and don't like wearing gloves in warm weather, maybe find some of that bitter-tasting stuff that you can put on your nails to serve as a reminder.

An alternative: chew gum.

Keeps your mouth busy and you won't be biting your nails.

Or wear a glove to stop you from biting them, that's how they prevent babies from sucking their fingers...
 
Start picking your ass. Maybe then you'll be less interested in biting your fingernails.
 
I always wonder if people who openly chew on their fingernails are the same people who pick their noses in public too. :laugh:

How so? Boogers = salt, some other crap. Fingernails and the garbage that lies beneath = e. coli, sh!tbits, and God knows what else. I think I'm more comfortable with nose picking.
