I'm not going to let cold, wet weather get in the way. Fortunately the wind wasn't into the garage so I just needed a fan to help keep the smoke out

I have the same Camp Chef and use it year round; snow, rain, whatever. Forget the fan, enjoy the smell

That crappy weather ruined my Sunday. But I did make a nice roast beef dinner in the Instant Pot.

I'm not a huge fan of my car, beer bottles (that I keep in the garage outside of summer), tools etc smelling like smoked pork. Just makes me hungry and then sad when there is no smoked pork available

That Camp Chef is awesome. The autofeeder really appeals to my laziness and I got a bluetooth dual prob thermometer so I can keep track anywhere in the house. I guess they didn't sell well at Walmart two years ago so they were clearancing them like crazy. My friend picked up the display for $99.00 and I got the last in the box one for $149.99. The pellets were also on clearance so a 40lbs bag was $4.99

I remember once I grilled in the rain. I got that grill so hot that the droplets of water vaporized on contact with the grill lid. I stood there in the kitchen doorway smiling at imposing my will over that of nature.
