Finding what numbers you can call locally?

I know they put this in the phone book...but I'm trying to find a number that's a local call for two cities that are close together. Is there a good website I can use to figure out the best number to get for a second phone line? Thanks,

I'm on VOIP and live 200 miles from the cities. I'm trying to setup a phone number that's a local call to my family and my fiance's family... I don't have a phone book from either location and it's kind of difficult to tell what they've expanded the local calling area too. I haven't lived up there for 8 years now...
