Finding the temperature of my CPU

How can I find how hot my processor is while my computer is running? I need to know if I have enough cooling...

Do you have a fan pulling air out of your case (usually the Powersupply fan)?
Do you have a heatsink/fan combo on your processor?
Is your processor setup as designed (not overclocked?

If you answered YES to all three of these questions, it's a pretty safe bet you're fine.

If not...well, if the system is stable...you're probably ok. If not stable....you need to post A LOT more info about your system setup for us to help!!!
