Finding the right fan speed controller

I'm looking for a fan speed controller for my two noisy case fans, so I only really need one that can control two, if it can control more its not a problem especially since i might buy more later. However, my fans only have a molex connector, and when I look on newegg for a fan speed controller, all i can see are ones that control the small three pin connectors. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough, but are there fan speed controllers that can control the ones that are powered with a molex connector, and could anyone point me in the right direction?

get adaptors and a check out svc.com for the cm aerogate fan controler, by far the best bang for the buck.

Will an adaptor reduce the amount of power that the fan gets? Also, I'd still like to find out whether or not there are any controllers that can use the molex things without the adapters to keep the price down?
