I have a Nokia 5310 Xpress Music cell phone, and even though it came out pretty recently I don't want to assume just because it's new it will work with the largest memory card. If I Google I see one site saying "2 gigs" another say "4 gigs" Seems more like people assuming and guessing. What would be great would be a web site that is basically just a database of all the phone/mp3/camera's out there and what max size card they support. With the info updated as newer cards come out and people test them with their devices. Sort of like that old XP site that listed 95/98 programs and what worked/didn't work in XP.

As it stands I'm unable to find this site, or anything similar. Pecking around Google is pretty tedious and the results and questionable. Am I the only one who thinks this site would be very useful to a lot of people? Right now I don't know if my phone will support an 8 Gig card, and would like to know for sure before I drop the cash on it. A site like I mentioned would take the guess work out of it.

Standard MicroSD cards go up to 4Gb capacity as that is a limit of the 12bit(could be wrong here) addressing. mSDHC cards are required for ANYTHING over 4Gb, so unless Nokia explicitly state that the 5310 supports HC cards you can be sure it will take nothing more than a 4Gb card and ONLY if that card is NOT an HC variant.
