Finding out what your framerate is

Today I just baught a pny 6800nu. I have played some games and I couldn't be happier with the card! I would like to know what my framerate is when I play unreal tournament 2004, farcry, myst 4. Is there an application that does that or a driver? I installed the card just by using the pny installation disk. Thanks for reading!
 
You can also download Hardocp's FarCry benchmark utility or Umark which will bench UT2004 for you. Those programs are nice because there isn't much variability in your benching so that when you oc you can see how much gain you really got.
