Finding Drivers!?!?!

I am thinking about installing Windows XP on a computer that has some older hardware pieces. Where can I find drivers for these older pieces if there not on the websites? Or isn't it worth the hassle. I am currently running Windows 98 orginal. Thanks
 
plug and play baby!

Plug and Play only sets up resources and helps identify the device, nothing to do with drivers.
