Well it's not 100% but there's a good chance. I wouldn't risk it. Get a DFI SLI-D . . . it's better than ASUS for OC anyway . . .

looks better and is cheaper than antec....read reviews about it, extremely stable voltage, very little ripple. Im using it on this PC running winnie 3000, msi neo 4 sli platnium, enermax fan controler plus several fans, 6600gt, 74 giger raptor, + 2nd hard drive + wireless adapter. Unlike other PSUs, that tell you vaguely what it can really output continously, this one tells you straight up just by looking at the side panel that tells you the amps.
