I saw this brand very popular in HK. People in HK do rate this PSU very well too.. but just don't know if it is the same factory as Antec..

It does have Active PFC but that's only required in Europe, not the US . . .
The TPII 550W would be a better choice and cheaper too . . .
Beware the Neo HE 500W it seems to have incomptibility issues with ASUS A8N-SLI motherboards . . . so don't get it if you plan on getting one of those mobos . . .
