Finding a Costume?

I'm competing in a man-pageant in about two weeks, and for my talent I'm performing this:

The catch is, I need a costume to imitate the singer (or rather, one of his incarnations) - bright-colored matching robe/gown/cape thing and turban, fake beard/stache. Does anyone have any ideas where I can obtain such a thing? I'm thinking of trying costume shops, but if there are better/cheaper options, that could be good. (Indian ethnic clothes store?)

Anyway, in Boston I'm sure there are Indian clothing stores all over. They'll sell kurtas and the more formal wear that you're talking about.
