It's not that it's complex, it's just ingenious: you probably won't realize by just looking at it, but notice how the lane on the left on the one side, comes out on the right on the other side (and vice-versa)? Wicked, innit?

Wow. Very entertaining thread... This is as bad as my traffic at work gets.... 30 mph speed limit on base. 20mph on Eastern Arleigh Burke, and 10 mph on the other perimeter roads.
