it's just funny cause his picture is scary/funny

Haha he looks like he coulda been the guy in Caddyshack... the big-eyed black guy in the little boat that got run over by the Judge's yacht when Rodney Dangerfield hijacked it.

Sadly, Anchorage has a LOT of predators, it's the only major tarnish we have really. the last place I lived was a decent part of town but I had 27 of them within 2 miles!

edit: my new place has 177 within a 2-3 mile radius, but my entire subdivision has zero. damn. 90% of them are offenders against children. Ouch.

This response is OT, but the yacht is actually Rodney's, not the judges. He destroys the small fishing boat and then runs into the Judges boat.

Here's political correctness for you:

I dunno about other areas, but about 80% of the offenders in my neighborhood are Black or Hispanic.

Bite me PC retards.

21 Offenders
1 Non-Mappable Offenders

There are about 12-13 convicted for "Rape of a Child"
And there are about 6 others convicted for "Rape"

How fvcked is that?

Holy sh!t!

So there's a nice long bike trail alongside a road I like to bike on. Last summer I was followed by another guy on a bike (ran through some crazy turns to nowhere and he still stayed on my tail). Apparently I was in better shape then him, and he eventually dropped off my tail, but just looked at one of the images and the the guy looks EXACTLY like the guy who followed me!

You have to be careful since a lot of third or fourth degree sexual misconduct and assaults are non-violent victimless offenses such as exposing one's self in public (e.g. streaking or other college pranks) and statutory rape where the age difference between the 'offender' and 'victim' can be as little as two years.

Periodically, I read stories about guys who must register as a sex offender for the rest of their lives after being convicted of (or pleading guilty to) statutory rape because they got their high school sweetheart pregnant, where the age difference was two or three years.

In fact, there have been cases where both were minors at the beginning of the relationship but the guy was unfortunate enough to have a birthday, became an 'adult' while the girl was still a 'minor' = statutory rape.
