How about the Image Resizer Power Toy from Microsoft? Or Macromedia Fireworks trial?

If you are using xp, open the file in Paint. You can resize it from there.

Edit: didn't see the part about KB's (too many  ;) )

Well it's a helluva lot better than screaming, REPOST, linking google, or bitching about it being in the wrong forum :p

Edit: And a simple ctl-alt-del to the task manager kills it.

No it's not. Saying Repost is warranted when needed, linking google is to show them a resource which can help them, and saying the wrong forum is justified as well. Linking something that will freeze a computer is no way justified in any way shape or form.

Wrong, it doesn't, at least on NT based systems. When I killed IExplorer it took Explorer with it. You had no right to post that.

I won't even entertain you and click it. I don't need a virus infested wav running on my comp too.

Are you really an idiot or do you just play one in real life?

1) The "You are an idiot!" link crashed your computer because a)your computer is crappy and b) you don't have the option checked to open IE windows in their own process.
2) Wav files cannot contain viruses.
3) Posting the "you are an idiot" link was very apropos considering the poster's, to use his word, asinine question.

Maybe it was appropriate, but disguising it isn't appropriate.
