I do PC repair work for individuals and businesses, and I need some kind of software to help me keep everything straight. I'd like it to keep track of the time I spend at each customer, the hourly rate I charge them (different for different customers), and I'd also like to be able to have space to put in, say, 300 words describing the customer and their problem history, and any other notes I might have.

I'd also like to be able to print up invoices/bills that look semi-official.

What does everyone use?
