Today is officially the first day of finals, but I was lucky and got to take one last Tuesday...so it's one less test to study for now. My final is in 2 hours. Wish me luck, I'm kind of nervous....I've studied about 20 hours for this exam in Operations Management. Killed most of Saturday and studied for 8.5 hours last night....I still don't feel ready.

How can you not be ready? You've been going to class and doing the work all semester right? Finals are the easiest tests. They are over what you already know for the most part, plus maybe the new stuff you hit towards the end.
Because it's a bunch of statistics-based equations. I'm nervous about not remembering something or not knowing out to do something if the prof asks something crazy that I didn't study enough.

Yeah, I stayed up late. My last final of the semester was today. I had 1 monday, 1 tuesday, and 2 wednesday. I'm optimistic.

No all nighters for me. I had my only 2 finals on Monday and Tuesday. Now I just have to write a 4 page (max) paper on philosophy and politics by 5PM CST Thursday....

I have one next Tuesday (which if I study at least 4 hours wouldn't be that bad) then on Thursday I have my Artificial Intelligence Final (which will be hard, no doubt I flunked the midterm so bad I need an uber grade to make it alive since even though I aced most of my projects). Then the next Monday (18th) ....I have 3 finals in a row, yeap you heard it right....I know it's not going to end up good but I will try my best. If needed I won't sleep until my exams are over (well, that's and exageration I'd sleep around 3 hrs a night).
To top it all, I have two projects due on Monday before my final starts. I am almost done with one of them, the other one (for AI) is a fun one but I am still in the research phase and going really quickly (This is the first time I am not procrastinating, we got the project while we still had another project due (for the same class)...meaning they overlapped, but I finish the one due first on time but I ended up with 4 days lost for this project).

This has led me to make sure that I have my priorities straight. I work to pay for school, the awesome thing is that my work is in computer science so it counts for experience too once I graduate. However, I had to ask my supervisor for the rest of this week, next week and the following monday off so I could study and finish all the stuff I have to do. Thankfully, he had not problem with that, he is awesome.

I've got finals next week, but I've been busy all past week. I hate it when every professor I've ever taken let us do bullshit in the first month of the semester, and then crammed us with projects in the last weeks just before the final. Why can't they give project earlier and have the week just before the finals be project free so that we can study? So now, not surprisingly I have 4 projects due this friday. Great. And I've only done like 1.5, so I have 2.5 projects yet to complete. And after I'm done on friday I'll have to start immideatly studying for the finals since first three of my finals are on Monday and Tuesday = very little time to study.... I hate school.
