So, i have 2 finals tomorrow (Monday) at 9-11 am and 1:30-4:30pm. Then, I have my hardest final of the semester on Tuesday at 8am. I really dont know if I'm gonna be able to take 2 exams, then study for 6 hours, then sleep....thats a lot of work. I was thinking of maybe forcing myself asleep at 5pm or so after my 2nd exam, and sleep till about 1-2am, study until the exam, take it, and pass out again if need be. That is my last exam, so fvcking up my sleep schedule isint a big deal....would this work well do you think?

absolutely not. it takes a couple days to change your sleep cycle (think jet lag), so there's no way you would feel 'normal'.

just bite down and do the work. i have a similar situation tomorrow.

🙁 I am not sure if Ill be able to actually get good studying in if I am drained from 2 exams though

take a nap 20-40 minutes, eat, get caffiene, and study

this does not work, i tried switching my schedule to sleep after classes, it takes at least a week to feel normal, after 1 day's sleep you will probly be alert in the morning before the exam and get really tired from 7-10am depending on your normal cycle

I can change my sleep habits on a daily basis. I do it during finals every time. Don't listen to old men, us college students can handle it.

true...did that last week two big group term projects due within 48 hours of each other and fvcked up my sleep schedule...wasnt tired even though only got few hours of sleep

phew......guess theres a "24 hour rule" for finals....cant have 3 finals in a 24 hour period....gonna see if I can take the conflict, which is wednesday morning...that'd be much easier

I change my sleep schedual every week. It took about a month to get it seamless. On thursdays I come home from school, go to bed around 1pm and wake up for work at 7pm. I then work from 8:30p to 8:30a, I am home by 9:30am to sleep until 7pm to start it all over again. I do this thursdays-saturday night. Then sunday morning I usually sleep for a few hours after work then try to stay up till about 10pm so I can be rested for class at 10:30am monday morning.
