I dunno. I really like the edge-less brownies from the middle of a normal brownie batch. But I don't really have a preference and eat both. But I tend to have a craving for either edge-less or a piece of edges. That pan would give me no option.

I like nice thick brownies. The middle brownies in a regular pan are always undercooked, and if they aren't undercooked than your edge brownies are burnt. :| I only like undercooked cookies :D

meh, edge piece brownies are overrated. Edge Piece Deep Dish Pizzas, though are not.
