Finally settling into our new place

What a back breaking week this has been! Hubby and I and my son are finally settling into our new place.Got most of the home electronics up and running,switched over to a totally wireless setup as well,no more ugly cat 5.

We're all wireless at my house too, it's nice not having ethernet wires running all over the place. Now all we need is a NAS and a printer with wireless ethernet connections.

We've taken the first floor of a 2 family house,the place is huge,has front and rear porches and a small yard.We really like it and hope to stay here till we can buy a similar home.

You might want to purchase a home with a large yard/backyard if you want your children to be as well-adjusted as me .

Why would she rent a 1st floor if her children are grown-up?

If it's just her and her husband she should buy a little piece of property and a decent singlewide as they build their real home.

I live in Boston and housing prices are very high here.I want a 2 family similar to this one and they aren't cheap here..not in good,solid neighborhoods.
