What I find "interesting" is its plentiful features for $16,500.

And knee airbags are nothing new. The Kia Sportage had them in the mid 90's

There are some interesting features, including front seats that fold down flat to create what one Scion official with a totally straight face described as a "conversational space." We're not sure there'd be much talking going on, but we only wish this were available when we were of an age to enjoy that feature.

first car i could see myself buying, not in the market now, but i'll keep it in mind, i generally prefer SUV models, more specificly the 4runner(toyota 4 life!)
 
I saw a commercial for it and thought, "That must be the new year model Infiniti g35 coupe." Then they finally said it was a scion.
 
Everytime I see a Scion, I'm forced to wonder where do they cut costs?

<shrug> won't be in Canada for awhile anyway...
 
where are the scion tc's built ?
i hope it's straight out of japan.

then you'll know the build quality is definitely there.

Isn't that the standard warranty for automobiles? I think some luxury car makers do 4 years. Kia/Hyundai/Isuzu did 10 years to get their sales up.

But your average car maker like Honda or Toyota is 3 years.

that is standard
but since hyundai's been offering the 10 year warranty everyone has been pretty much following them.
i would have no problems with the 3 year 36000 mile warranty for a toyota that's built in japan.
 
Wow...didn't think I was going to like any of the Scions...and now this. I really think that looks nice...and the price is unbeatable. Very tempting for the price.
