For those of you that dont know I spent 8 months in Afghaninstan with the Army. Anyways, I came home on friday. Of course now I'm maxed out with stuff that I gotta do now, but oh well. At least I'm back. And I get to spend 30 days at home on leave after this weekend.

And I know people are gonna say thank you, but those should be saved for the families that dont get their soldier back.

Just to clarify things, my leave starts on this up and coming saturday. We have all sorts of meetings and briefs all this week and an award ceremony on friday.

I managed to save up almost 9 grand. I cleared 3500 in debt and bought a wedding ring as well.

Oh, and my 30 days is gonna be a blast. I already got to see my fiance for one night, but shes in school so she had to go back. But yes, we'll be getting married while I'm on leave.

I've had some beer so far, but more focused on eating steak. I think I've managed to kill a steak a day so far, and will continue tonight.

Oh, and after leave, I still gotta do the MP job here at Ft. Campbell. I dont think we start working the road untill June, so May might be an easy month.
