Picked up everything last night for the wife.
Macbook Pro 2.4
Iphone
.MAC subsciption
10.1megapixal Sony camera

Now she is set for her trip. 🙂

Anyone here use Ilife and .MAC? She will begin to setup the website, I was just curious on other peoples opinions and experience using Ilife and .MAC.

She was very skeptical of the Iphone, but played with an hour and I think she is really going to like it. Extremely easy to setup through Itunes and it was up and running in 20min.

 
I use .mac with Aperture and iMovie, and it's great! I love the integration, and it's super simple to upload any photos/video that I want to my web gallery. I think it'll take her once to get the hang of it and then she'll be uploading stuff like crazy. 🙂

The iPhone is superb, and I really love the integration with OS X. I wish that it integrated with Entourage as well as it integrates with iCal and Mail, but that will be here soon.


 
.Mac has a lot of nice services, but their websites are super-slow. All the time. I'd suggest getting a cheap account with IX Webhosting or a similar company if she wants a fast website.
