Finally got a virus :(

Lesson one, When downloading ANY exe. ALWAY do the following

1. Ensure you have AV installed.
2. Open then Exe with a program like 7zip BEFORE executing it.
3. Profit.

That will catch 90% of viruses. Generally, they are nothing more then "Extract virus and install it. Run actual install program." steps. If you open up the file with 7zip and you see files like "setup.exe" and "funtime.exe" Extract the setup file, Open it again with 7 zip, and repeat until you find one without a setup.exe file in it.

Viola, load of viruses gone. Install an AV, but never trust it to find everything. It is just good practice
