Finally got a Job interview ...I need some help (networking related)

Just curious, in the job description, it states one should have knowledge of the LAN/WAN enviorment. To me it seems a little general, any ideas what they might ask in the interview? ... its a first level support position at a NOC. Obviously I'm not going to be able to really BS on anything I don't really know but I also don't want to be caught off guard. Oh yeah wish me luck! I really need this job so I can go back to school and also pay off previous loans and debts :/
 
since it's a level 1, they'll probably ask if you can diagnose a network problem over the phone. Maybe basic ipconfig/winipcfg commands, how to configure the NIC, etc..
 
Yeah, it's going to be mainly phone and email support. Are there any other duties you see as a level 1 support at a NOC would come across?
