Oh my goodness, finally after days of trying I got past the pit with the 2 lighting dogs and a bunch of zombies 🧟‍♀️.
Last time I played I was trying to kill everything and kept running out of ammo so this time I tried to kill only the lighting dogs. That was a disaster. I had some luck but eventually I'd get trapped in a narrow hallway by zombies and they would make short work of me.
I finally came up with a 3rd strategy that worked brilliantly, bait. I killed one zombie and stood over it in a back corner. The dogs are attracted to the dead zombies. It took some patience and quick reflexes but I finally got those stinking devil dogs. Got one before it could reanimate my bait zombie. Wasn't so lucky with the other dog but it was easy to fight in that isolated corner room with no other zombies.
