get audigy OEM

you are just paying extra for creatives crappy software

I would reconsider an intel setup since it will be about the same and at most $90 more

but if you want to stick with AMD it looks fine

BTW i just built

Abit Th7-II + 512 MB Samsung PC 800, Intel NIC ($200) FS/FT <------- That was a real steal $100 cheaper than i could have gotten it for new
Gainward GF4 Ti4200 128 MB ($160) Googlegear.com
Northwood 2.0A $190 Googlegear.com
Seagate Cuda IV 80 GB ($90) Dell
had case, PSU, Burner Already

up and running like a champ :D
also you should check out googlegear.com

you will save $10-20+ per part and there service is top notch like newegg

Looks good. If you want to save some money and take a chance at overclocking then you can go with an AthlonXP 1600+. I don't know what stepping most of the retail chips are coming out as but most of the OEMs have been AGOIA's which are great overclockers. Mine hit 2000+ speed at default voltage with little effort. The only tricky part was unlocking it. I had to try a couple of times before I got it right. I've never ordered from Google Gear, but I say stick with Newegg. I've ordered from them many times and have always been very happy with their service. Their prices may not be the absolute cheapest all the time, but they're still very low.
