Well not really but I lost my saved game years ago and finally got around to playing it again. Of course I used a walkthrough but I wanted to see the ending. Didn't need it much for part 1 though, since I remember getting through it on my own. Apparently there is an alternate ending if you accidently distroy his ship. Cool stuff.....

What was the ending of Monkey Island? To be honest, I don't remember at all.

All I remember was the girl and the sword fights.

I bought that game when it came out on CD-ROM in 1991. But I think the only difference between the CD-ROM version and the floppy disk version was the audio.

Awesome. I wish I had time to go back and finish old games. Where you playing it 15 years ago on the PC? 15 years ago I was playing it on my Amiga. Fun game.
And before that, we got lots of hours out of Maniac Mansion and Zak McKracken on the C-64.

Tie Fighter was AWESOME. I wish they made more games like it (last one I played was X-Wing vs TIE Fighter, I think.)

I remember playing that game when I was in an elementary school. I don't even know how I finished the game when I didn't know a single word in English.

I think so.

Anyways I looked it up. It was called Maniac Mansion 2: Day of the Tentacle.

Wtf, I beat that game in a month when I was 8 years old. The hardest part was finding some sort of ship to take to Monkey Island.

The sequel(s?), however, is(are?) impossible.
