This lengthy access to peerless, heroic statesmanship is nothing short of miracle at a time when the United States and many other countries are so leaderless as to "suffer from a lack of policy resolve" as prominent economist Paul Krugman noted in the September 26 New York Times.

So lacking is the US leaders' policy resolve that CBS TV reported on the day of the North Korean party conference: "Which country has 43.6 million residents in poverty, and where one in five children is also in poverty? Bulgaria? Croatia? Thailand? Jordan? Bahamas? No. Each of these countries has a lower poverty rate. Sadly, the mystery country is the United States of America."

If only the North Korean's weren't so xenophobic I'd be able to move away from this leaderless, poverty stricken, crime ridden cesspool called the USA, and live in the greatest country on Earth. :(

But, if you listen to the "rich" here on the forum, The poor have it great! Yet, I doubt any of them would trade places just for the privilage of not paying any taxes, etc.

I wonder why they bother writing this stuff up in English considering nobody who knows the language is dumb enough to believe them.

All I want to know is how they picked those countries?

Dart board?

Places they'd like to visit, but can't?

They think the entire world consists of Thailand, Jordan, the Bahamas, the US and South Korea?

Also wasn't this the final question on their game show Who Wants to Eat Dinner Tonight?

It is truly disgusting to find people reposting North Korean propaganda on AT...

People, please take a few minutes of your day to listen to the rare stories of the handful of people who have managed to escape North Korea.

Hundreds of thousands political prisoners are being held in massive concentration camps spread throughout North Korea. Hidden away from the cameras and tourists in the capital, the worst atrocities known to man are being committed TODAY.

Mel Brooks said it best:
Rhetoric does not get you anywhere, because Hitler and Mussolini are just as good at rhetoric. But if you can bring these people down with comedy, they stand no chance.

Nobody, except the most sadistic people, are laughing at the plight of North Koreans, we're laughing at their regime and how silly it is.

How can anyone take them seriously when they post a Facebook profile saying they're a man interested in other men. Or when they use 200,000 <strong> tags in their website?

or when they say stuff like this
http://www.worldgolf.com/blogs/william.wolfrum/2005/10/04/a_golfing_debut_with_11_aces_makes_kim_j

We're supposed to not laugh?

I can think of a few people on here that would consider NK a utopia.

I am sure they would welcome you with open arms. Go try it. If we dont hear back from you we can assume you made it into the country and cant post on the internet to let us know.

That said the article reads like something out of the Onion lol
