that's it?

heh, you must have a myspace account w/ all those cliches

no, he said 'a myspace page that doesn't suck'
Myspace is about networking and making friends. What I'm looking at is a red page with a paragraph of text equally as annoying and weak as any myspace page I've seen.

Myspace is annoying, but at least it has a point for the people that use it. I see no point for this page. It's just a glorified, but extremely weak rant.

Nicely said.

Stop pretending to use myspace for networking; it's no secret myspace is fueled exclusively by libidos and loneliness.

Yeah right. Let's take a look at me for example since a broad statement like that can be busted with a single instance of networking:

1) I am happily married
2) Music not set to autoplay (My alma mater's fight song played by the AU Marching Band)
3) Only 52 friends and I know them all personally
4) Nothing on my page I wouldn't want a prospective employer to see
5) No ridiculous flashing graphics and an easy to read layout

I'm sure I could come up with more but I have to get ready for work.

Edit: If you don't believe me, then PM me for the URL to my page...I would just ask that you keep the URL to yourself. I don't want it broadcast everwhere.

Where have you been? Facebook has been open to the public for months. I signed up with my yahoo account last summer.

I agree. I have an account and I personally know %99 of the freinds on my list. The other %1 are either Celebrities or Bands I like.

Ahh, well bands I don't count. I have a local club on my friends list (Text). I also have my alma mater listed and War Eagle VI. But none of those are "individual people". Actual people on my friends list are people I know.

I have a myspace page because that's how you see other people's pics.
