I like all those shots on the movie's webpage. Good casting job. The trailer looks awesome, althought I'd like to see more than .0000000000000000000000000005 seconds of batman! I think Christian Bale just might be the best Batman, EVAR!

Actually, that reminds me of the vehicle Batman used in the graphic novel, Batman: The Dark Knight Returns. I'll see if I can get a scan of it. The novel is a great read for Batman fans. I took an English class that had graphic novels as a topic and that was one of the required texts.

Those are two different suits pictured. I imagine one's for action scenes and one's for close-ups. The one on the right is so much more detailed and looks more stiff (read: uncomfortable like the previous bat suits). The one on the left looks a lot more shoddy and you can easily see that the bat belt is bending and flexing -it's not a belt at all, it's just part of the mold of the flexible suit.

I think Bale looks more Batmanesque than anyone else has since Keaton. IMO, Keaton kicked ass as batman. The only guy to even come close will be Bale. Bale's got this dark and foreboding (sp) air about him, which is perfect for Batman. Wayne's always been a little bit of a goofy looking upbeat sap in the comics. We'll have to see how he carries himself as Wayne to see if he beats out Keaton. I doubt he will, though.
