Final System Specs.. Any Objections?

After getting the advice from a few regulars of the Anandtech boards (Thanks Guys), Ive come up
with the final specs of the system Im about to build. Its going to be a 1.6a overclocked to 2.4 if
all goes well. If you guys see any configuration problems, please let me know. I dont have a ton
of money, so I need to get this right the first time.

Antec Plus 1080AMG w/ 430W True Antec PS
P4 1.6a
Asus P4B533
512 MB Corsair XMS PC3200 DDR Ram
PNY GeForce 4 Ti4600
Maxtor DiamondMax Plus D740X 80GB Ultra ATA/133 HD

Thats it for the important stuff. I've already purchased the Case, Graphics Card, and HD.
Just need to know if that MB/Ram/CPU combo is the best I can do in that price range.

Thats a nice looking system, remarkably similar to the one Im building. Just curious, how much do you estimate this will cost yah?

Only suggestion I can think of is way till sept. 1st to buy your processor and then get a 2.4 with 533 FSB for around 210. Thats what Im doing, I figure it should be a hell of a good deal for waiting just a month.

If you can swing a few extra bucks, then get the Western Digital 80GB "Special Edition" drive. Or if you have a Circuit City in your area, you can get in on this deal. Also, I would save some money and drop the Ti4600 down to a Ti4400 or even a Ti4200 if you're willing to overclock it.
