So I'm taking the CFA Level II's on Saturday and here I am trying to figure out how in the world I am going to pass.

Too many fing formulas and too many ways to ask the same fing questions. The worst part is when they hide an important point somewhere in the long ass question which you don't see and you are figuring out how to arrive at an answer.

For those who are unfamiliar, its a 6 hour exam on finance. 120 questions based on 20 case studies. A single case study is a page long at minimum and could go on for 2-3 pages.

Gosh dang it... I hate my life.

Cliffs:
1. Taking a stupid ass exam on Saturday
2. Studying sucks
3. ???
4. Profit

Study earlier, play later.

I've been studying for the past 6 months.. I also have a full time job. There is just way too much information. I really don't know how I got through Level I, I did extremely well on it too. But this time, the format of the exam is way harder 🙁

cfa is lame, but not as lame as bschool. with that said, shoot i may have to take it. balls

Best of luck to you on your upcoming exam.

This may be off topic, but where can I buy study materials for the CFA exams if I want to learn the material for my own benefit?

IMO If your not studying for the test there are better ways to learn the subject. I can recommend a good free source, but I'd rather not post it here. PM me if you want to know.

L2 supposedly sucks, I'll get around to it next year...
Schwesser notes for the win though, I destroyed the first one by doing a million practice tests on the website.

What's your background btw? Between econ undergrad and finance grad degrees, I've seen most of the L1 stuff before.
