Ow, here are the parts that will help you save money. You save 18 dollars with the HD, 37 with the Ram, 25 with the Video card, and 11 with the motherboard. Probably more cause shipping is calculated in the savings.
 
ok, can someone tell me how good is OCZ Gold Series 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) to OC?

I gave you an alternative. Value VX. The gold series can probably OC around 250-260 FSB at 3.3 volts. The Value VX can get around 240-250 3.3 volts. For 40 dollars less, the 10FSB will give you less than 1% performance boost.

do i have to be concerned about dual channel?

 
Yes all NF4 and NF4U boards do......most officially with official bioses....with NF3U mobos that could be iffy....
 
Good board (I think), but I would rather go with the DFI or Epox just because the voltage options will allow you to get tight timings on the Value VX.

If you're going Intel, you might as well spend an extra few dollars and get a Pentium D. Dual core would be much more pleasing than a single core.
It's true, AMD has caught up with Intel in the long battle between a more efficient processor. However, if having an Intel makes you feel better, get it, because processors from both companies are pretty good.
