Final Exam

Does anyone else get tense and muscle pains when they're taking an exam? It happens to me all the time and I am wondering if there is something I can do (or take) to relax. Thanks!

no, but i do when my boss is ragging on my and my wife has hers on too and the kids are drivin me crazy and all the bills show up at once and the washer breaks and the car wont start and i dont feel good..

I learned how to twirl my pencil around my thumb. You can see what I'm talking about in this video. It's the one that looks like a helicopter propeller going around the thumb.

Anyway, once I learned that it's been a great stress reliever during finals. I'll get into the test and not even realize that I am twirling the pencil. Nervous habit now. the hazard is sending the pencil flying two rows over in the middle of the test.
