If you want to OC, yeah, RAM needs to be changed...if not, I have the Rosewill 550w and the same RAM and Video card (actually the OC version) and it all runs perfectly together.

Get the Gigabyte P35-DS3R motherboard. SLI is basically pointless unless you are going to be using two high end cards.
If you really need the comp to last a while, save some more and get a GTX now or upgrade later.
Get a decent PSU from a good brand. Check Corsair, PCP&P, Enermax etc.
Get a 2GB PC6400 kit of RAM thats on sale from a good brand. Check OCZ, Corsair, Patriot, Crucial etc.

You can get Corsair 520HX for $79.99 after rebate with free shipping here. One heck of a deal. And to OC cheaply, I suggest getting this cooler and some quality thermal paste.

Yeah, I was told it's really worth it to get the 620HX instead if I can afford it, so unless you think it isn't worth the extra money I guess that's what im going with.

personally I have quite a few heatsinks(I collect them) and have used every one of them for at least a 2 week period...

I wouldn`t get the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro if I was going to over clock!!
It`s a very fine heatsink for everyday use but to over clock I would go with almost anything ThermalRight.....the XP-120 the Utlra 120 both nice for ovr clocking...the Tuniq Tower as well as anything by Zalman....

Plus any of the above comes with a high quality thermal paste that is as good or equal to anything else on the market!!

I got the Tuniq frosty death tower and switched to some arctic silver thermal paste, I'm going to order this bad boy in a few hours. I'm so excited :-D
