Here's a link to the entire letter he wrote to Bush. 8 pages of truth if you ask me, although I don't necessarily agree with his views on religion. IMO, he is a lot more level-headed then many of the people currently in office over on our side of the pond. I just don't understand how people can feel threatened by him.

Edit: I would highly recomend the book Soldiers of God, by Robert D. Kaplan. It should be a required read by anyone who thinks they're all just crazy religious fanatics intent on world destruction simply because they want to be.

How do you know? This is similar to the inflammatory rhetoric and deliberate disinformation spread about Iraq before we invaded. How do you know you aren't being duped again? What makes you so sure your beliefs about Iran are accurate given that so much of what we we told about Iraq was lies? What makes these tall tales more credible? Why should we believe them this time?

Anyone else? This is the same silence I got the last time I asked why we should treat anti-Iran propaganda as more credible than the anti-Iraq propaganda. I suspect the same people who were whipped into a hateful frenzy over Iraq are being duped again about Iran. Yet while most recognize the claims about Iraq were lies, they've learned nothing, blindly accepting the rhetoric against Iran. Come on guys, think for a moment. Why are you so sure you're not being played for fools again? What makes the anti-Iran propaganda the tiniest bit more credible?

My friend you are giving his ilk far too much credit. These are the people who believe it a logical idea to fight against the second strongest instinct human beings possess with their 'abstinence only' programs.
