Is this possible? or do I need to print it. I just want to fill out the form and then print it out.

Do you have the reader only, or the full version of AA?

Thats how the university here does it. Fill them out online and print them. Is that all you needed to know or am I missing something?

If the file was created with text boxes, then you will be able to do it with the reader.

If it was not, you will need the full version of Acrobat to create the text boxes.

You need the full version of AA to be able to fill in a form and save the changes. Some PDF's can be filled in with only the reader but you can't save the changes. You must print immediatly.

if you have the reader only, you can fill out the form, and then print it but i dont think you can save it.

if you have the full version, then i think you can save the filled out forms also.

If the form is missing the text boxes in which you can directly type, then you need the full version to create boxes using the form tool and then you will be able to fill it out properly.

If you want to go ghetto style then do photoshop/paint etc.

That's right. You can't save them or Email them....you have to print them out. The fields that you can type in are setup when the PDF is created.

It's probably easier for you to use the Word version. Make your text boxes, select the text box properties, make sure there's no fill color and no border color (or border color=background color).
