Fillet Mignon!

Aged, large, wrapped with bacon, medium rare, grilled to perfection, and a dab of pure horseradish on the side. Anyone else like this?

That's funny- I have been working mad hours until yesterday. In celebration of a few days off, I am having a few filets and grilled lobster. Heaven knows I earned it this week. Wonder if I should post pics. Naa too cruel

i have a couple T-bone's in the fridge marnating for dinne ras we speak.

fillet mignon is my favorite but my wife dont care for them. i think its she likes her steak done all the way while i like mine still mooing =)

yep bacon wrapped filet mignon... mmmm... you can get 6 good sized filets at Costco for about $25 so it's not too bad, but it's all relative

That's because the filet is part of the Porterhouse steak.

Tenderloin/Filet on one side of the bone, and a striploin on the other.
