I've been looking (seems I haven't looked hard enough but anyhow) Im looking for the ns(nanosecond) of RAM. So far I've compiled:

8ns==100mhz or lower
7ns==133-145mhz (266DDR/PC2100)
6.5ns==150mhz (300DDR/PC2400)
6ns==166mhz (333DDR/PC2700)
5ns==200mhz (400DDR/PC3200)
4.5ns==225mhz (450DDR/PC3500)
4ns==250mhz (500DDR/PC4000)
3.6ns==275mhz (550DDR/PC
3.3ns==300mhz (600DDR/PC
3ns==333mhz (666DDR/PC
2.75ns==366mhz (733DDR/PC
2.5ns==400mhz (800DDR/PC
2.35ns==425mhz (850DDR/PC
2.2ns==454mhz (900DDRPC
2ns==500mhz (1000DDR/PC
The latter numbers are probably more prominant in graphic cards and not used as System RAM, however the speeds are what I'm interested in. I know of newer RAM.. DDRII, Rambus QX, but I'm just doing regular DRAM. Any info is greatly appreciated.
