Filezilla Server not allowing to view folders when logged in

I have Filezilla Server set up and to test it out, I gave permission to view 1 test folder. The problem is that I can log into the FTP server (using internal network computers), but I can't view the folder.

I've used the online, web based tests for my FTP server, and they say an FTP server exists. I just can't get access to the folder.

I'm behind a firewall and have setup the proper passive modes.

Any suggestions?

I had this same problem. If you are passive, go active. If you're active, go to passive. Somewhere in the settings, I forgot where.
