By reading the name, my guess would be that it is a socks proxy that tunnels all of the traffic over http port 80. Just a guess though with my only clue being the NAME OF THE PROGRAM. 🙂
 
I must have transferred well over 20GB worth of stuff to people in my own dorm.. Helps that I can transfer at over 1MB/s to them though.. 😀

As for downloading.. it's slow as hell. 🙁
